Human sacrifices are still offered up in Southern Nigeria. (Page 7.) Tho dispute between Generals Botha and Hertzog has resulted in the South African Nationalist Party splitting in twain. (Page 7.) The cost of living in America is onethird higher than in Great Britain. (Pago 10.)
