NEW SEAMEN'S UNION MOOTED.
(Z__S3 ASSOCIATION TBLKG-AU.) DUNEDIN, November 24. It is stated that a number of members of the branches of the New Zealand Federated Seamen's Union have practically decided to form a new union, with registration under tho Arbitration Act.
So far, however, official confirmation of the statement is lacking. - ' At a meeting to-night the Carters* , ' Union decided not to strike.
