KIRWEE SALE.
At Kirwco sale on Friday there was only a small yarding, about 400 sheep and lambs coming to hand, all in small lots, consisting almost entirely of crossbred owes with lambs at foot, and with the exception of one line, were aged , and indifferent sorts. There was a small attendance. The few young ewes with lambs sold well, but competition for others was slow. Prices were: —Fourtooth crossbred ewes (woolly) and lambs, 16s Id (all counted); aged, ditto, 11s to 13s Gd; aged merino owes (woolly) and lambs 10s (all counted); fat merino owes (woolly), 11s 2d to 14s 9d. A fewpigs made lull market values.
