Ifc is doubtful when the Manuka will sail. The crew, on the expiry of "their notice-, left the vessel on Saturday. Her time of sailing: was altered from noon till 4 p.m., and later it was announced that she would not sail.- In the meantime-a large number of passengers boarded the vessel and Wlien it was decided not to <fespatcE her tfcej, were allowed to take off the luggage required during their stay in Sydney, tae heavy luggage remaining aboard.. Tho officials of the Seamen's Union have notified that they will not supply, crows for New Zealand steamers. - The Willochra remains tied to. »* wharf, and all work is practically at;* standstill. . A statement has been made that Uβ; action of the seamen of the Willocir* in leavine the vessel is the result of threo free labourers from Newcastle being put on to assist this clerical eta" in discharging the cargo. Those engaged in the work of discharging were supplied with meals on board the steamer.
