FRENCH LOAN PROPOSALS.

(By C»bl«.—Preee Association.—Copyright) PARIS, November 21. A confused situation has arisen in connexion with the Loan Bill.
The Budget Committee of the Chamber reduced the loan to thirty-six millions, despite the Government's protests. This will mean twenty-eight millions additional taxation in 1914.
Tho situation prevents the issue of Balkan loans, and delays tho repayment of sums advanced by the banks.
