• Messrs Craddock McCrostio Company report the following sales for the week ending Saturday, November 22nd: — On account of Mr A. Tyre© h» magnificent residential property at the corner of Idris and Glandovoy roads, Fendalton, consisting of nearly three acres land, beautifully laid out and planted, oti the Wairarapa stream, and the first-class up-to-date residence, outbuildings, etc., to Mr J. W. C. Nixon. On account of Mr C J. Greig, building allotment, situated Kepple street, -Sew Brighton. On account of Mrs Newport, 2J acres, with residence, Hands- road, Spreydon ■(in- conjunction with Messrs W. J. Hopkins and Co.). On account of Ih 4 William Iteece <in conjunction with Charles Clark), his magnificent residential property at the corner of Bealey avenue and Springfield road.

On account of Prof. J. M. Brown, Lots 8 and 9, Eackthorne road, subdivision, to Mr Sellars and a client, respectively. Lots 10. 11, 13.. 14, 15, and 1C in this subdivision aro being retained by Prof. Brown, who, having sold his .Fendalton property, intends to croct a residence and lay out grounds as early as practicable. There only remain, now, nine sections to be sold in this subdivision, and these can be disposed of in the next few weeks at Auction reserves and terms.
