REPEALED.

(By Cable.—Pjes» Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, November 20. Reuters Durban correspondent states that there are signs that the strike is collapsing, a number oP Indians fearing to lose tboir employment owing to the introduction of, whites or Kaffirs. At the Magistrate's Court 126 Indians were sentenced to seven days' hard labour, and fifty-four -were fined 10s. The magistrate announced that the 603 poll tax, against which they had struck, Would not be repealed until tho strikers returned to work. This announcement is regarded as a statement of the Government's policy. The Natal Indian Association is providing the strikers with food, and is in a position to do so indefinitely.
