NO RESTRICTIONS. ON TRAVELLERS. (By Cable.—Prase Association—Copyright.) (Received November 21si.' 9.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 21. A proclamation has β-nm issued by the Gov'ernor-in-Council directing anyone travelling from Nevf South Wales to sign a guarantee to report, himself to the authorities if suspicious symptoms appear. This takes the f-iace of compulsory vaccination Jor inter-State traveller*. The Federal Government has not taken action yet.
