were offered. The financial outlook has been excellent. Throughout tho management of the Exhibition affairs, by tho citizen executive sn charge _of them, has been careful and far-seeing, and the big show promises to give splendid entertainment to the public and gratification to all connected with it. The Exhibition is to be opened on JJ&cember Ist, by his Excellency the Governor, with an interesting public ceremony, and from that date throughout the summer months it will remain a carnival centre and an attraction for the public holiday-makers generally.
