THE FERRY SERVICE.
MAUNGANUI IN THE RUN,
3IAORI TEMPORARILY WITHDBAWN. Tlie Maori, upon arrival at Wellington this morning, will run one more return trip to Lyttelfcon and will then bo withdrawn from the ferry, service until next Friday night, when she -will again take up the running, leaving that night for Lyttelton at the usual time. The Maunganui, which is duo at Lyttelton to-day from Sydney, via Wellington, will return to the Northern . port to-night.
(SPECIAi TO "THE FBESS.") WELLINGTON, November 20. The Maunganui, which arrived from Sydney to-day, has - temporarily ~enterod the ferry service, taking the trip to-night in place of tho Pateona, and returning on Saturday morning.
The Pateona will remain in port until Saturday, when sho "will sail at B'p.m. for Lyttelton. There will be no late boat South on Saturday. Tho Maunganui will probably take the Maori's trip on Monday and Wednesday next, and leave for Sydney 'tomorrow week.
