Denham, Premier of Queensland, and Denham Brothers, produce merchants, aro claiming £5000 each* from Senator Myles "Porricks for alleged defamation, which is said to bo contained in statements made by >Virr:cks during the Federal election campaign regarding Denham Brothers' dealing , } with a customer. Thd plaintiffs ako allege that Forricks. paid, at the declaration, of the- poll, *jsnt "Government money is being used to fight Labour candidates."
