A REVISED BILL LIKELY.
UNIONISTS SUPPORT ULSTER. (Received November 19th, 11.20 p.m.) ■.".'■■ LONDON, November 19. Lord Lansdowne said the Government was doing its best to parade a nebulous land policy in order to dis--tract attention from Ulster. The land question was not the preserve of any party. Agriculture had been neglected, and all should hold out an helping hand to farmers, and give labourers better housing, with a prospect of owning land. A Rojral Commission should be appointed instead of a partisan Land Committee. Tha speeches of Ministers showed that. whatever Home Rule Bill was Passed, it would not be the one known to-day. I*f Ulster were excluded, the 531 must be revised and take a shape suited to the alteration of its framew«k. This revision might render the measure applicable tb other parts of t_«. United Kingdom, but before the Coiaervatives could express an opinion *->a these points, they must have the Proposals of the Government in clear aad unambiguous language. If there *»s no changes and no general election, the Unionists would give Ulster all entourkgenicnt ia their resistance, and woold hold tho Government responsible for 6ny disaster resulting from its conduct.
