FIRST GRADE.
LIXWOOD v. ST. ALBAXS. In the game between Lin wood and j St. Albans, St. Albans wore in an almost hopeless position, as Limvcod were leading by ISi with three- wickets of the first innings still in hand. On resuming, tlie latter carried, their total from 2-5G to 252 without further loss and declared the innings closed. St. Albans, in their second innings, mac* a capital stort, Wood''and. Bishop putting on G2 for the. iirst wicket. Mulgan, who followed, got into doubles, but their side colJai>sed and were all out for 123. The two batsmen named both played splendid cricket.
