These, of course, are only some of tho names. Enquiries made, by a "Post" reporter of tho Government elicited the reply that tho Cabinet's decision, as already published, will be given effect to, and that, unless in some cases where- exceptional circumstances render it impracticable, all members of the service over G3 years, including Magistrates, will be retired. Tho spirit of the- Act, it was stated, is that "when a member of the Service reaches t'ho aero of 05 rears he is entitled to- tho fnlle.st pension, and should retire in. order to givo place to others.
