Sofia, if the other Powers will join in supporting them. The essential points in the Austrian-Tu-rkish protocol have been accepted at Vienna. A Bulgarian 2Cote asks the Powers' aid in securing speedy recognition of Bulgaria's independence, and complains of the dangerous tension due to Turkey's irreconcilable attitude, and threatens "withdrawal from, the negotiations ■unless am. early settlement is arrived at.
