United Press Association—By Electee Telegraph—Copyright. TEHEUAN, January 20. Rioters at Bushire, the chief port in tho Persian Gulf, killed tho Governor and his two sons. Tho Shah despatched a repressive expedition, commanded by three generals, to tho provinces of Osalem and Karganerud, but tho inhabitants completely routed tho troops, and the generals fled, abandoning their men.
