NAPIER, February 18.

The hearing of the aLeged murder caes against T. F. Moore was continued to-day. Tho cas-e proceeded on the same lines as at tihe former examination, except that a naw -witness, Mrs FischtT, wife cl the licensee of the Q-arendan Hot-el, where the deceased girl had be*n employed, was caljed, and stated that although the deceased occasionally complained of being tired there was nothing to suggest tluit there was anything the matter with her, and that on the morning she went away she looked as well as t-he witness had ever seen her- The case for the defence is now proceeding, and the hearing will be continued ■to-morrow.
