AMUSEMENTS.
FITZGERALD'S CIRCUS,
There were crowded houses both at the matinee and evening performances of the circus yesterday. The items on the programme were given witn the completeness which marks me performances of the circus companies under the management of Fitzgerald Bros. The- dresses of the laay artistes are very pretty, and the work done by them excellent. One of the noticeable items on a very attractive programme is the Dellringing of the two horses introduced oy S>t. Leon. .The act of the Hungarian horses also is a remarkably clever item. To-night the circus will again be open, and on Saturday afternoon the second matinee will be given.
