The Grey Extended is working into a little run of go.d upon tho FaT.ls, whioh is expected to develop into something good. Tho Maori King dredge pave 19>oz 16dwt for !ast week. Tl'-e machine is standing better up to tho work than w»s expected. The lied Jacks Company's dredsre_ for two weeks' clearir.e up work, got ft little under lOoz. It will be at least a fortnight before th; dredge gets into thorough working order. The Pactolus Company's dredge is pretty we.', patched up. and it is hoped to float her to-morrow. She wilt require a very extensive overhaul.
