(PRESS ASSOCIATION 1 TELEGRAM.) NAPIER, February 17. At a meeting of the Harbour Board today Mr F. W. Williams was re-elected chairman. It was- decided that a letter be written to the Department of Agriculture asking what would be the cost of maintaining a permanent butter grader at Napier. Further, that the Committee considers it should be pointed out to the Department that it is unfair to the many dairy factory companies in this district" to have to ship their produce at any port other tlian Napier, the natui-.il one, as under existing grading arrangements the factories of this large district are at a great disadvantage compared with others.
