CHAMBER SITTING.
Mr Justice Dennis ton held a Chamber sitting yesterday, and disposed of the cases on the list. On Mr Harper's application probate was granted to the executors of Frederick Aldridge, deceased. Letters of administration were granted re William Gleeson, deceased (Mr Stringer), re Edith J. Bowman, deceased (Mr Meares), and re George H. Hewson, deceased (Mr Wilding). ■..-.., Mr Stringer applied for an order directing substituted service in *he divorce case of Behren v Behren. His Honour directed that notice of the petition should be advertised in the local papers. Mr Fisher applied for leave to sell land included in a settlement by J. D. Prankish. His Honour referred the matter to the Registrar to report.
