"THE CARNEGra SCHOLARSHIPS. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 17th, 1.7 a.m) ■ LONDON, February 16. . The Carnegie Education Trustees have drafted regulations dealing with Scottish post-graduate study and research. A number of scholarships have been established of the value of £100, and fellowships of the value of £150 for science and medicine, and similar ones for history, economics, modern languages and literature. The grants in aid of research are surrounded by stringent conditions to secure the pursuit of studies in special departments.
