ARREST OF AGITATORS.
TURKEY AND THE POWERS.
(Received February 16th, 11.17 p.m.) SOFIA, February J6.
Michaelovsky and Zoutcheff, member* of the Macedonian Committee, have been arrested and imprisoned in an eastern towia Sarafoff, another Macedonian leader, eluded arrest. A meeting of ten thousand people at Sofia condemned the Bulgarian Government's action, and demanded the re-estab-lishment of the Macedonian Committee, and €b& trial of individual offenders. LONDON, Pebru-ty 16. A Renter's message states that the Powers intimated that Bulgaria's intentions were pacific, and the Porte was reassured. °
