m ■ PENNANT MATCH. The pennant match between three rin—f of tiis ahxißtahuroh Bowling Club and three rinks of >the Canterbury Club took place on Saturday afternoon, on the green "of tho former. The ground was m. splendid order. The game resulted in a win for the Canterbury Olulb by 14 points, the scores being— Oanlberbury 66, OhnstohurCh 52. The pen——* matches now stand as under:—Catttesjbury has . beaten Sydenham, Soutfhfbrtidge, ■aM ChristchuTch. Chi_tchurch <has beaten So-to-bradge and Sydenham. Both Canterbury and Chriatohurdh have to meet Asbburtom, but Cantezfbury has <m» game to the good, being three to two won by Chii-tohiurch.
