DUNEDIN, February 14. The Standard Insurance Company's report declares a dividend for the half year ending December 31st at tho r.i£ of Y£ per cent, per annum, absorbing £2812. a bonus of 2j per cent, amounting to £2812, carrying £1000 to the reserve fund, £SCOO to the re-insurance reserve, providing £2000 for tho depreciation in securities, and carrying forward £6644 to the next year.
