ALLEGED RAPE.
Georce Walter McClintock was charged v;ith attempted rape. The accused who is eaid to be subject to epileptic fits, was twice seized in this manner after-tlie indictment was read. The jury was^ accordingly discharged, and the case adjourned until the next criminal sessions.
