(Received February 13th, 10.40 a.m.) LAXJNCESTON, February 13Madame Melba was to give only one concert in Tasmania, namely In this city, last night. During the day she announced that she was unable to sing owing to sea-sickness causing, a throat affection. Intense disappointment was felt. The Governor and a large .party were on tneir way from Hobart ©y express. Madame Melba joins the New Zealand steamer at Hobart to-day.
