McKemsie has resigned bk eeat to give his constituents an opportunity to review bis actions. When the Deputy Speaker announced his resignation, one member sought io discuss the affair., but was ruled out of order, and a scene of disorder followed, the Treasurer, Dr. . Moloney, indulging in recriminotings. Both members ultimately apologised.
