QUITE EQUAL TO ENGUSH WORK. The "British and Colonial Printer and Stationer," an English authority on printing and process work, publishes in its issue of December 19th last the following eomplimentarv notice of "New Zealand |Hus; trated" : —"The Christmas Number of'*The Weekly Press," published by the Christchurch 'Press' Company, Limited, Christchurch, New Zealand, is an excellent production surpassing even those of former years that we have noticed in out columns. About the size of the 'Illustrated London Netf*,' it consists of sixty pages of 'most interesting matter dealing with New Zealand matters, and most profusely 'illustrated with halftone reproductions of photographs of places, scenery, and pictures of Maori life in the two islands. The covers are printed in gold and colours, and the whole get-up is quite equal to anytliing that, could be done in England- We understand that the photographs, blocks, and drawings were all done by the staff of 'The Weekly Press. , "
