BULGARIA'S ALARM AT TURKISH MOBILISATION.
AN APPEAL TO THE POWERS.

Bulgaria has been officially informed that Turkey is mobilising the_second and third army corps, with headquarters at Adrianople and Monastir. Regarding the former a.3 a menace, Bulgaria has appealed to the Powers to secure the cessation of the mobilisation.
