SIGNmCANT DEMAND BY BRITAIN
United Prees Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 11th, 8.37 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, February 10. It is reported from Ockssa that Great Britain intends to demand the right u> send a small flotilla from the Mediterranean fleet for a cruise in the Black Sea, in order to demonstrate the freedom of the Dardanelles passage.
