.{PRESS ASSOCIATION TELXGRAII.) AUCKLAND, February 10. The Norwegian barque La Plata, from Rotmnah to Levuka, with copra, struck off Horeeehoe reef, but \vas gat off in about nine hours. The vessel vraa leaking biidly, , but reached Levuka safely with three feet of -water in the hold. The cargo was discharged, some of it being damuced, and jui examination of the ve*tael showed that the keel from the mainmast aft was torn away, aiid a lot of copra damaged. There were no meaua of repairing the veeeel at Levuka, and sue ■was condemned as unseaworthy.
