HARBOUR BOARD ELECTIONS.

The voting for two representatives of the Chamber of Commerce on the Harbour Board resulted as fo&tows:—Mr I. Gibba 48, Mr A. Kaye 44, and Mr R. M. Macdonald 33. Tlie first two were accordingly elected. Out of 71 persona eligible to vote who were in Christchurch, 68 voted. The result of the election at Lyttelton was as follows:—F. H. Barns 203, W. Whitby2o3. The following are the members elected: —City of Christchurch—Messrs F. Graham and G. J. Smith. Chamber of Commerce)— Messrs Isaac Gibbs and Kaye. Borough of Sydenham— Mr John Brown. Borough - of St. Albans—Mr F. Waymouth. Borough of Lyttelton—-Mr F. H." Barns. United Boroughs of Linwocd, Woolaton, and Sumner—Mr W. Rollitt. Selwyn County Council—Messrs J. Wolfe and J. Gough.
