Pallae, Lavalette, Good Spec, Tenritaa—who arrived on Saturday night— and a. number of others.
Monday. This morning aome fairly interesting work was done. Brown woe first to commence by eending Narcissus once round, finishing fast over the last part. Cannde Chiel went twice round, .running the last five furlonge at a sound pace, and striding along in a resolute manner. Seoret Society, Tsaritsa, and Covenant Maid ran a half-mile up the back, the last three furlongs in 89i*ec. Tearitza looks big in condition. Scottish Minetrel ran a mile and a hall in 2mm 44|*ec on the plough. Sophistic going the first port and. Ordnance the last seven .furlongs. Windwhistle, Dirk, and Aherlow brushed along in company over the laet five furlongs of once round, finishing together. Somerled was kept, at 'half-pacing, and To-morrow merely did walking exercise. Gladsome and Lolah went eteaduy. Antigone was also restricted to easy pacing. Clanburn went twice round, finishing fait over the last three ° furlongs. The Mohican and Ropu were given tome heifpace work. Wairoana sprinted half a mile on the grass in Slsec. Leonore and Ceriee and Blue went once round, finishing fast over the hut few furlong*. Lady Lillian, looking well, went twice round at half-pace. Wimbledon executed half-pace work over a circuit. Nell Gwyn got through similar work. Barbette brushed over had! a mile in Slseo on the plough. Falla* eprinted a aimilar distance on the same track in 51i»ec, finishing under a pull. Khakj, who is big in condition, went twice round at halfpace. King Stork and Stepdancer went once round at a similar pace in company. Ayrdale brushed along emartly over the last P&rt ot a round. Reflex worked steadily. Calibre went once round the plough, running the last mile a bit under even time, Muscovite joining in the -Ja«t tax furlongs. Long Tom and- Roeemere apnated at the end of a circuit. Lavalette, on the girass, ran s. mile in lmin 47*eo, Good Speo ■•silting him over the-laet part. Lavalette carried a light weigfht, and had a good cantering atari. Zealoua, with a light weight, wi ß too good for Wel'beck (Derrett) at toe end of five furin lmin Sees, on the plough. Artuleryman and Roscommon finished atrongJyat the end 6f once round. ■ Alter break- »»* Bombardo end the Lady Lear filly sprinted half a mile.
