Arrangements have been made by Mr Geo. Musgrove for the appearance here of Madame Melba at one concert in the Canterbury Hail on Friday, 20t'h inut. The prices have been fixed at one guin«a~"oHd hulf a guinea. The box plan for the guinea seats only will be opened on Thursday n«xt, 12th met., at Messrs 3iiln*r and Thompson's, where speciu)'. arrangements have been made to avoid any po&aib.e crcwaing. In ojder to reMeve tho crowd guinea seats only will bs sold on * hufsday ana following days. The opening of the plan for the half guinea seats will bs nnnounced later. A special reserve.will bs made for country visitors, ilr Barnes, tie advance agent, arrived last nighM by the express to make the necessary airanjytmints.
