(Received February Bth, 5.14 p.m.) LONDON, February 7. The "Standard" declares that "Christian Dβ Wet will probably end in becoming an instrument of the Afrikander Bond in the struggle for mastery between the various sections which has now begun." The "Telegraph" says "Christian Dβ Wet occupies a similar position in the Orange River Colony to that of Botha in the Tranevaal.
