RESTRICTING ALIEN IMMIGRATION.

Owing to tin absence of early notification that tnc Immigration Act of Cape Colony would be enforced, between one and two thousand aliens-are voyaging to Capetown. Many of them are liable to< exclusion. Those so liable will be carried to Australia, whence they will be retraneported to Europe.
