TRAM ACCIDENTS.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, —I think it is time that some-thing was done to prevent so many tram acciderats. Of course young fellows are very much to blame, in" jumping off before the trains are stopped. The guards should try and otop it in some way. Why not summons every man wifb indulges* in such a foolish practice, the same as the railway officials ck> % I think that h would do a ■little good. You never se? so many accidents of the same on the railways, as you do on trams, therefore I think if my plan yyos adopted fewer accidents would happen.—Yours, etc., STOP THEM.
