Mr J. Garrard moved—"That the regatta to be held be purely and simply a fleet regatta." Mr W. Cleary seconded this, and it was carried. Messrs J. Gnibb and P. Cleary were appointed a committee to collect subscriptions. • Mr P. Cleary was appointed hon. secretary, 1 and Mr J. Gruibb hon. treasurer.
