SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

RANGIORA. The Rangiora Committee met on Wednesday evening. All the members were present, Mr J. Marshall presiding. The master's report that the school had re-opened with* 312 pupils, and all the pupil teachers had passed their examination. Miss Lace with merit. Master B. Hickman h"ad been appointed to the vacant pupil teachership. The sohool bad been thoroughly disinfected and cleaned. It was decided not to bold the usual excursion this year in consequence of sickness in the diotrict. Accounts amounting to £1 12s 6d iwere passed for payment. Messrs Boyd and Ball were appointed a Visiting Committee.
