The "Daily Mail" states that the Indian Government fonwaird<?d to the Ameer of Afghanistan twelve German quick-firers, two howitzers, eighteen fiefld-piecea, end 850 cases of ammunition, all of which siad ibeen detained; but they refused to forward 200 English guns, valued at £24,000. The latter were technically forging*, intended to be fiitasbal at Cabvl.
