MILITARY RECEIPT CLAIMS. United Frees Association—By Eleotrie Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 4th, 8.46 a.m.) LONDON, February 3. Lord Onslow, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, speaking at Glasgow, referring to South Africa, said that a sum equal to the estimate to cover the claims arising out of the military reoeipte, would be transferred from the Military to the Civil Board, and the Transvaal revenues would bear »ny excess, which would probably amount to a million.
