(PUSS ASSOCIATION TPMliy ) INVEROARQILL, February 3. James Alexander Fullerton, medical pritctitioner here for'over ten years, and a native of the district, was to-day committed for trial. on a charge of having, on the 20th January, at Invercargill, used an instrument for an illegal purpose on Margaret Bates, domestic servant, aged eighteen years. Mr Solomon (Dunedin) rajd Mr G. H. Ball appeared for the accused. The girl and her young man gave evidence as to negotiations with the accused and the payment made to him. Bail was allowed, accused in £500 and two sureties of £250 each. ;
