Angus McNeil, a Russian Finn, who wae the assailant, wus arrested after an exciting time with the police. He expressed regret that he had not "done" for Anderson. He had armed hinwelf with a revolver, and Uireatened to kill the police before he was captured, but was ultimately lassoed. Anderson's condition v not serious. ■
