Bowen considers that any new hypothecation of the Venezuelan customs cannot impair the validity of. the thirteen per cent, guaranteed to France last year, i The German cruieer Faike, which was sounding off the Maracnibo bar, has landed a number of men. LONDON, February 2. Reuters Agency states that President Castro informed Mr Bcywen that Venezuela desired equal treatment of her creditors, although she was mindful of prior agreements.
