(Received January 30th,, 10.34 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 30. The rejection by the AHiee of the equality of claims has produced a hitch, necessitating Mr Bowen applying to President Castro. It is estimated that 30 per cent, of th« Customs will pay the. Allies' claims in six years.
France and the other non-blotkading Powers urge that their exclusion is unfair, as their magnanimity will prejudice their position.
