In the Reichstag at Berlin on Saturday, December 13fch, upon the motion for the i third reading of the Imperial Tariff Bill, Count yon Bulow repeated his former declaration that tie Fedteiral Council would carry out the resolutions upon which, the majority of the Reichstag were agreed. Tie Council wouiu even accept a resolution of iihe Reichstag to allow certain portions of the revenue from the augmented com duties to accumulate annually until the year 1910. Tie aggregate sum so accumulated wiould be not fcss than ~w,000,000 marks, and tlhie vast sum would be the iunpire'e contribution towards tie establishment of an assurance fund for the benefit oi workmen's widows and orphans.
