LEAGUE OF WHEELMEN.
The Council of the New Zealand League of Wheelmen niefc at ths Clarendon 'Hol-el Inst night. The Or ago Cycle Club wrote protesting against the decision of the Council in allowing the Dunedin Cycle Club to take charge of the championship meeting. It wa:s decided to reply directing that a conference should take "place afc Dunedin b-jtwern the parties aud stating tljat unless a reply wets received by Tuesday night, the Council would proceed to iiUot the championships. A draft of the new rules of the League was submitted to the Council and considered."
