(Received January 28th, 5.46 p.m.) SYDNEY, January 28. The Government dairy expert in a report dealing with preservatives in dairy products, recommends that butter shall be allowed to contain 0.5 per cent, of boric acid, and cream for table use and concentrated milk 0.25 per cent. The use of preservatives in condensed milk should bo forbidden.
