At the market on Tuesday tlwre was an entry of 3600 sheep, 120 cattle and! 125 plßs. rricM were:—Fat lambs 13s 6d to 14s 3d, fat ewes 12s 9d to 14e 6d, fat four-tooth wethers 17s, merino ewes to Us 3d, four, cix and eight-tooth halfbred ewes 16s 4d, a Übo of six-tooth ewes 16s, ewes and lambe (ail counted) 6s to 7a 6d, store lamba 9s 6d to 11s 10d, merino ewes to 9s 6d, two-tooth ewes and wethers 14e 2d. Cattle—Beef equal to 27a 6d per 1001b, fat steers £8 153, heifers £8, dry cows £8 15s, young cattle £4 2s 6d, miieh cowe £7 10s to £10 10s, springers £7 10. t<. £9 aged cattle to £4. veal calves 20s. Pias—Baconers 35s to 565, porkers 22s 6d to 38s suckers 10s to 16* 6d, weanere 5s 6d to 9s 6d. Spring oart horsee £16, draugtita £12 to £26. . In the produce yards heavy eheepekuis sold up to Ss 3d. light do In M to 3s 6d, pelts to Is Sd, fat l|d to «, wool 41d to 8d Ib, merino do 7d t& %d, hides 3Xd lb Poultry—Hens 2s 3d to 3s od, loosters 2fl 9d to 4s lid, ducks 3s to 4e 3d Chick wheat 4s to 5s per bushel, oafcs 2s'7d, beans 3e M to 3s 9d, potatoes id lb, oatßlwaf chaff 80s ton, pig meal 12s sack, sharps 10a, bran 6b.
